Your workout data stays on your phone. Hefto has no account and no server, so we do not receive it.
Who runs Hefto

What the app saves on your phone
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name and home gym name | To address you and name your gym |
| Age, weight and gender choice | To block ages under 13, to show the right mascot, and to set up your plan |
| Training history, days, workout length, time of day and body focus | To build your plan |
| Equipment, weights, plates and bands | To choose your exercises |
| Reminder choice | To remind you on training days. Your phone creates these reminders, and nothing leaves it |
| Important date, if you add one | To show your goal |
| Logged sets: exercise, reps, weight and date | To show your plan and your Check-up |
The app keeps your other onboarding answers, such as your goal or what stopped you, only until onboarding ends. This lets the Back button show them. Then the app deletes them.
What we do not do
The app has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no session recording. It does not send your data to us or to any vendor. It does not use your camera, location or Apple Health.
Apple
Apple processes your purchase, subscription, refund and App Store data. We do not see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy covers this. If you turn on iPhone backups, your backup can include the app's data under your Apple settings.
Keeping and deleting data
Your data stays on your phone until you delete the app. Deleting the app removes its data from your phone. Backups you made follow your own backup settings. Cancelling a subscription does not delete this data.
Your rights
Your data is on your phone, so you control it directly. For any privacy question or request, write to us at the address above.
Children
Hefto is for people aged 13 and over. The app stops at the age question for younger users.
This website
